Jay Z remains at the top of his game and has now reached a level that no other rapper has ever reached.

According to a new Forbes cover story, Jay Z is hip-hop’s first billionaire. This major win for Hov is no surprise, but still spectacular, as he’s always been one of the best businessmen in music.

According to Forbes, Hov’s rise to a billionaire are totaled up between his many business ventures that include Tidal, Roc Nation, D’Ussé, cash investments including an estimated $70 million stake in Uber, real estate, and more.
